The Value Metrics indicate the number of users who have reinstalled the app within a specific time range. For same day, it will be calculated within 24 hours after the user installs app. This data is crucial as it helps measure the regain of churned users.
Avg. Time
Avg. Time Metrics quantifies the average duration users actively use the app during the respective periods before uninstalling. This metric provides insight into user engagement depth, helping you understand how long users typically interact with your app during their lifecycle.
Diff
Diff represents the duration a user uses the app before they uninstall it. This metric is vital for understanding the average user engagement period and identifying patterns or trends that might indicate why users decide to stop using the app.
Navigate to your Letsmetrix dashboard to Churn & Reinstall section.
Click on any numerical value under the Value Metrics.
Upon clicking, a detailed report will pop up showing: Which specific stores have had churn or reinstallation. The number of times each store has reinstalled the app. Detailed session durations for each churn/reinstall period.
In Reinstall board, click on the Plus icon to explore more detailed on each reinstall sessions.
By understanding when users leave and return to the app, and how they interact with it, you can optimize re-engagement strategies, tailor your product to better meet user needs, and fine-tune marketing campaigns for greater efficiency. This comprehensive understanding supports decision-making that fosters long-term growth and competitiveness in the marketplace.
