Review & Ratings

The "Review & Ratings" section provides insights into the user feedback and ratings for your app on the Shopify platform.

The review chart tracks the number of reviews your app receives over the selected timeframe.

The rating changes chart monitors the changes in your app's average rating over time.

In-depth Review Analysis:

Clicking on the "Review" tab at the top of the dashboard provides access to detailed insights and analysis of the reviews your app receives.

This feature allows you to view top locations, time spent on your app, and the nature of reviews, providing a comprehensive understanding of user feedback and enabling you to address issues, improve user satisfaction, and enhance the app's overall quality and performance.

To gain more insight into the customers, click on their name to view all the reviews they have given on Shopify app store.
